Mix it up! Have meals and snacks composed of protein, carbohydrate and fat to provide your body fuel. Balance is key. Fitness For inspiration, perform your ab exercises with a video ab class or partner. Gadgets are not necessary, but sometimes having a prop will remind you to do your ab work. They can make basic exercises a little more interesting.
